  1. The strategy for the personal care cosmetics brand is to the current customer base on Amazon by developing our own website, and marketing the same.

  2. When it comes to the website development phase we’re suggesting Shopify because of the ease of maintenance, the integrations, and the performance. The Shopify hosting and theme charges would be at actuals.

  3. We’d begin by selecting a theme based on the reference websites provided. We’d customize the theme in terms of logo, colors, menu, and structure. We’d write product descriptions for the products based on the inputs provided and shoot product styled pictures to be used for banner.

  4. Once the products have been added to the website - we’d connect the payment gateway (Razorpay) and Delivery partner (Shiprocket). Both of these would charge on a transaction basis, apart from the Shopify transaction charge. We’d then connect the website to Google Search Console, Social Media, and Google analytics. The website dev process would take approximately 1.5 months based on the provision of content.

  5. Once the website is ready we’d propose a marketing strategy that would encompass things like social media marketing, social media advertising, and influencer marketing. All of these activities can be tracked using Google’s Data Studio. Optionally, we can look at a website maintenance contract which would include things like plugin (app) configuration, product maintenance, and bug fixes in consult with the developers.
