We will first set up an FYI website to convince customers of the genuine nature of our product, and the logistics capabilities that we bring to the table.
The website will use the SquareSpace Platform and can be set up in two weeks time, by choosing the appropriate theme, and then maintained on a monthly maintenance fee (paid to SS)
We will write the content for the website, and can provide a photography service if required (at additional charge)

Once the website is ready, we will design the content plan for social media - Facebook and Instagram. We will write the descriptions, hashtags and design the posts that go up regularly.
We will handle response management on the pages.
We will run the ads (paid to Facebook) targeting customers in Chennai who would be interested in buying organic produce from Kodai. The objective will be to push around retail partners that we currently work with to go direct to consumer.
The content can centre around areas like the genuine nature of the company, the freshness of the produce, and the speed of the delivery.

We will also set up a Data Studio report to track the progress in real time.
Our ads will be designed to enhance the reach of the pages and also increase transactions through the app download, and directly using methods like Google Pay/Whatsapp.
