The plan of action for managing the account of the influencer (personal account management) is divided up into content creation (based on inputs provided), ad handling to grow influencers; and (potentially) handling inbound enquiries for Sponsored content/collabs.
We ’d set up a content plan based on the influencer’s area of focus. This would include the types of content - posts, reels, and animations that would go out. The inputs for the same would be securely transferred by the influencer.
We’d also handle the ads used to grow the influencer's following. This can be spent on the person’s card, and handled in exchange for fees.
Once we have a broad base of general personal-vlog style content, we can refine and focus based on what is working out the best.
We can use Google Data Studio to track the performance of the ads and growth in influence in real-time.
