SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND ADVERTISING STRATEGY FOR GOOGLE ADS, AND WEBSITE REVAMP FOR AN E-COMMERCE SELF-CARE BRAND
The strategy for the self-care E-commerce brand is divided into three - Social media marketing (with social media advertising), Google ads, Website Revamp.
When it comes to the website revamp, we can set the website up on Shopify. This will be easier to maintain, fast, secure, mobile responsive and easier to integrate with platforms like Amazon. The Shopify theme (chosen based on references) and hosting charges would be at actuals.
Once the theme is purchased we’d set up the products, menus, banners and blog sections on the website (based on the content provided). We’d also integrate the Shipping and Delivery parthners (both of whom would charge at actuals).
When the website is ready for sales we can set up Google Analytics, Search Console and Social Media Integration. We can begin the process of marketing at the same time at the start of the website revamp (with a coming soon, or sales on Instagram option). The process of the website dev would take a month based on the ready availability of content.
With regard to the marketing aspect we’d set up a content calendar which would include content creation and curation (based on content provided from the brand and influencers). We’d create content about self-care tips, re-creating famous looks, and season-based self-care guides. We’d also be running ads (paid to Facebook) in order to increase the engagement on our content and direct people to our website.
We can also run ads on Google (paid to Google) in order to increase the visits tothe site based on select search terms. We’d set up the ads, optimize the keywords and ensure that the budget is spent to the right audience.
Optionally we can look at website maintenance wherein we update products, and add in apps (plugins) for additional features. In Stage 2 of the website we can look at integrations with Amazon and other marketplaces
